We’re proud to introduce Panther Cub Watch, a powerful initiative designed to bring positive male role models into our school community. This group of fathers, uncles, grandfathers, and male mentors will serve as motivators, encouragers, and supporters of our students—offering a strong and caring presence throughout the school day.

Panther Cub Watch members connect with students in a variety of meaningful ways, including:

🐾 Morning Greeters – Welcome students at drop-off with high fives, smiles, and positive affirmations.
🐾 Lunch Buddies – Eat with students, especially those who may feel isolated or need extra support.
🐾 Reading Partners – Share stories and help students build their literacy skills while modeling positive male engagement.
🐾 Motivational Moments – Provide uplifting notes for students' desks and offer encouraging check-ins during key moments.
🐾 Classroom Support – Help students stay focused and motivated with quiet encouragement.
🐾 Recess Buddies – Model respectful social interactions, promote inclusion, and teach conflict resolution.
🐾 End-of-Day Encouragers – Assist with dismissal routines to ensure students end their day on a positive note.
